This website is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The content on this site is not intended to replace professional mental health care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Using this website does not create a therapist–client relationship between you and Olive and Oak Psychotherapy.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911, visit your nearest emergency department, or contact a local crisis service.

2. No Therapeutic Relationship

A therapeutic relationship is established only after:

  • Direct communication with a licensed clinician at Olive and Oak Psychotherapy, and

  • Completion of required intake documentation, informed consent, and agreement to treatment.

Submitting a contact form, sending an email, or leaving a voicemail does not constitute therapy or establish a therapist–client relationship.

3. Use of Contact Forms and Personal Information

This website includes contact forms that allow you to voluntarily submit personal information, such as your name, email address, and phone number, for the purpose of requesting information or initiating contact.

By submitting a contact form, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The information you provide will be used only to respond to your inquiry

  • Contact form submissions are not intended for sensitive, confidential, or emergency information

  • Communication through this website is not therapy and is not monitored continuously

Please do not include detailed mental health information or urgent concerns in contact forms.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of this website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including:
