Transformation happens in our connections.

Wellbeing is not measured by the number of meditations you do or journal entries you write. As human beings, we respond to connection, presence, and understanding. Olive & Oak Psychotherapy offers a secure space to slow down, explore, listen, and feel more alignment in yourself and with loved ones.

In-person located downtown Toronto and virtual sessions available across Ontario. Supporting individuals and couples as they pave new paths in their journey.

How to Get Started

Send a message

Introduce yourself! Tell me what you hope to gain from your therapy journey and provide your general availability for appointments. This helps us schedule your initial consultation without delay.

Free initial consultation

The free 20-minute intro call is a chance for us to chat a bit more about the work we could do together. You'll have the opportunity to share what's on your mind and heart, and ask questions you might have about the process.

Sessions begin

All you need to do is come as you are. Your session frequency can change as needed based on where you're at. This is therapy that evolves with you.

Does this sound like you?

You think everything is fine. You're okay. You hold everything together quite well. It's something you've gotten good at over the years.

Every now and then something happens; the stress accumulates. You feel like falling apart, but quickly move towards the solution. You tell yourself you can't afford to lose time and you can't rely on the people around you. You're told you're resilient.

You wonder what more you could be doing. "Why do I feel the same despite making it to my next goalpost?" You wonder if people around you feel as lonely as you do. You feel things deeply or seemingly not at all.

Sometimes the response to pain is developing ways of navigating the world that attempt to predict and prevent it at all costs. It's helped you in many ways, but you're wondering if there's more to life than survival.

You probably don't need help doing more. And, it's possible your nervous system could benefit from cultivating a greater sense of safety and presence. Together, we can see what that might look like.
